Shipping policy

SHIPPING COSTS:

We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $6.99 on all orders under $65 within the continental United States. All orders containing 2 or more candles (or reaching $65+) ship for free.

As soon as your shipping label is printed, an automated confirmation email with your carrier tracking number (UPS or FedEx) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with live transit scans.

FULFILLMENT TIMES:

Because our candles are handcrafted and poured in small batches, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and packed. However, on some occasions (for example, during new product launches, holidays, or promotional periods) fulfillment may take longer. If you would like an updated status of your order please email alexandra@cullenhousecandles.com with your order number.

PACKAGING:

Each candle is carefully wrapped with protective, thermal cushioning to ensure the glass vessels arrive in pristine condition regardless of weather conditions. In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged package, and we will arrange a replacement.
