At Cullen House Candles, we are dedicated to providing a clean and non-toxic candle experience. Handcrafted with a premium blend of eco-friendly soy-coconut wax and lead-free cotton wicks, our candles ensure a clean burn while maintaining exceptional fragrance-holding capabilities. We meticulously select our fragrance oils to be free from parabens, phthalates, reproductive toxins, and other harmful substances, making them California Proposition 65-compliant.

A distinctive trait of soy-coconut wax is its natural texture variations. Depending on the cooling rate after each burn session, you may notice slight imperfections such as frosting (a harmless crystalline finish) or subtle unevenness in the wax. These are not defects and do not impact the performance of the candle! Instead, they are testaments to the purity and unrefined nature of the wax.

Product Use, Care, and Safety
  • Always Trim wicks to 1/4" before each use
  • Always place on a heat-resistant surface or designated candle tray
  • Always allow the melt pool to reach the candle’s edge with every burn to avoid tunneling
  • Always avoid drafts to ensure a smokeless, even flame
  • Always keep candles out of the reach of children and pets
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire
  • Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours
  • To avoid soot when extinguishing the candle, use a candle snuffer
  • Discontinue use of the candle when only ¼” of wax remains
